As Orusan Chemistry Laboratory, our aim is to carry out testing and sampling services in accordance with national and/or international standards or defined testing methods, by providing good professional technical application conditions in the shortest possible time and in accordance with legal requirements, based on the principles of impartiality, independence, honesty, open-mindedness, distance, balance, confidentiality and reliability.

The main goal of our laboratory is to use testing devices in accordance with testing methods and standards with expert personnel who are constantly trained in their fields, to ensure the traceability of reference standards to the international system, to meet the testing demands from customers at the highest possible level according to the service standards we declare on our website and to use the necessary reference/standard materials in order to conclude the experiments with precision in accordance with customer conditions, to make the provision of testing quality effective with comparison measurements made with national/international laboratories, to provide our customers with a customer-oriented work that turns their demands into satisfaction, to minimize and eliminate possible customer complaints.

The purpose of our laboratory is; To effectively implement the Quality Management System with the participation of all personnel, to eliminate all factors that negatively affect experimental results, to keep up with the changing conditions of the day, to continuously improve the quality management system, to compete without compromising its principles and quality, and to continue its work as an organization that expands its service area every passing day.

All laboratory personnel work in accordance with the policies and procedures prepared in accordance with the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, and the laboratory management undertakes to comply with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and to carry out the necessary work for the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.
